Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Crazy Poster AI account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from the app

• Go to Settings → Account.
• Click "Delete account & data".
• Confirm. Your profile, connected tokens, uploads, and generated content are erased.

Request by email

Prefer email? Send a deletion request to privacy@crazyposter.ai from your registered address. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and Facebook/Instagram access tokens.
• Uploaded catalogs, brand assets, and news frames.
• Generated posters, captions, and usage history.

Note: content already published to your own Facebook or Instagram accounts must be removed from those platforms directly.
