Crazy Poster AI ("we", "us") helps businesses generate marketing posters and publish them to Facebook and Instagram. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details from Facebook Login (name, email, profile picture).
• Tokens and IDs for the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect.
• Content you upload (product catalogs, brand assets, news frames, images).
• Generated posters, captions, and usage/billing records.

How we use it

• To generate posters and captions on your behalf.
• To publish content to the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you authorize.
• To operate your prepaid wallet and show usage statistics.

Data sharing

We share content with Meta (to publish), our AI providers (to generate), and our media CDN (to host images required for publishing). We do not sell your data.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account, or via our data deletion page.
